Rizqa is a Quran memorisation and consistency app. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you use the Rizqa mobile application on iOS and Android.

1. Information We Collect

We collect only the information necessary to operate the app:

• Email address (for account authentication)
• Account identifiers
• App usage data, such as streaks and in-app interactions
• Memorisation progress stored on your device and account

We do not collect precise location, contacts, photos, or payment card details. Payments are handled by Apple App Store or Google Play.

2. Advertising (Google AdMob)

Free users may see banner advertisements served by Google AdMob. Rizqa Pro subscribers do not see in-app ads.

When ads are shown, Google and its partners may collect and use:

• Device identifiers (such as advertising ID / IDFA on iOS or AAID on Android)
• IP address and general device information
• Ad interaction and app usage data related to ad delivery
• Cookies or similar technologies where applicable

This data is used to deliver, measure, and personalise ads (where permitted by law and your consent choices). You can manage ad personalisation through the consent choices presented in the app and through your device settings (e.g. “Limit Ad Tracking” on iOS or “Opt out of Ads Personalisation” on Android).

3. How We Use Information

• Create and manage user accounts
• Provide core app functionality and memorisation features
• Maintain and improve app reliability and performance
• Process subscriptions via RevenueCat

4. Third-Party Services

• Supabase – authentication and database
• RevenueCat – subscription management
• Google AdMob – advertising for non-subscribers
• Google Firebase Analytics – anonymised usage analytics

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data. Data is shared only with service providers strictly as necessary to operate the app.

6. Data Security

We use industry-standard security measures, including encrypted connections, to protect user information.

7. Children's Privacy

Rizqa is a general-audience app and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

8. Account Deletion

You can delete your account at any time from Settings in the app. When deleted, associated account data is permanently removed from our systems.

9. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version is always available at this URL.
