This page is for users of Rizqa - One Line at a time, published on Google Play by Failus. You can delete your Rizqa account and associated data at any time using the steps below.

How to delete your account (in the app)

Open Rizqa - One Line at a time on your Android device (package com.rizqaai.app).
Go to Settings (bottom navigation).
Scroll down and tap Delete Account.
Confirm when prompted. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

Can’t access the app?

Email Failus / Rizqa support at rizqahelpteam@gmail.com from the email address linked to your Rizqa account. Use the subject line “Rizqa account deletion request”. We will verify your identity and delete your account within 30 days.

Data that is deleted

When your Rizqa account is deleted, we permanently remove:

Your account and email (Supabase authentication)
Leaderboard profile, points, and display name
Memorisation progress, streaks, and related app data stored on your account
Local app data on your device (cache and stored preferences cleared on deletion)

Data that may be kept

Subscription records — Google Play may retain purchase history according to Google’s policies. Cancel any active Rizqa Pro subscription in Google Play before or after deleting your Rizqa account.
Aggregated analytics — Google Firebase Analytics may retain anonymised usage data that cannot identify you personally, as described in our Privacy Policy.
Legal or security logs — We may retain minimal records if required by law or for fraud prevention, typically for no longer than necessary to meet those obligations.

Retention period

In-app deletion is processed immediately. Email deletion requests are completed within 30 days. Backup copies, if any, are purged within 90 days.
